 Menu Calculation:

 Appetizers:

  • Fried Calamari: 50 guests x $12 per plate = $600
  • Bruschetta: 50 guests x $9 per plate = $450
  • Spinach and Artichoke Dip: 50 guests x $10 per plate = $500 Total Appetizers Cost: $1,550

 Entrees:

  • Grilled Salmon: 25 guests x $25 per plate = $625
  • Chicken Marsala: 20 guests x $22 per plate = $440
  • Vegetable Lasagna: 5 guests x $20 per plate = $100 Total Entrees Cost: $1,165

 Sides:

  • Mashed Potatoes: 50 guests x $5 per person = $250
  • Roasted Vegetables: 50 guests x $6 per person = $300
  • Garlic Bread: 50 guests x $4 per person = $200 Total Sides Cost: $750

Desserts:  

  • Chocolate Cake: 25 guests x $7 per person = $175
  • New York Cheesecake: 15 guests x $8 per person = $120
  • Apple Pie: 10 guests x $6 per person = $60 Total Desserts Cost: $355

  • Non-Alcoholic: Soda ($2 per person), Iced Tea ($3 per person), Lemonade ($4 per person)
  • Alcoholic: House Wine ($6 per glass), Domestic Beer ($4 per bottle), Imported Beer ($6 per bottle)

Non-Alcoholic:  

  • Soda: 50 guests x $2 per person = $100
  • Iced Tea: 50 guests x $3 per person = $150
  • Lemonade: 50 guests x $4 per person = $200 Total Non-Alcoholic Beverage Cost: $450

 Alcoholic:

  • House Wine: 20 guests x $6 per glass = $120
  • Domestic Beer: 30 guests x $4 per bottle = $120
  • Imported Beer: 10 guests x $6 per bottle = $60 Total Alcoholic Beverage Cost: $300

 Total Beverage Cost: $750

 Service Charge: 18% of Total Menu Cost + Total Beverage Cost = 18% x ($3,820 + $750) = $778.40

 Total Event/Banquet Cost: $5,348.40
